Benbrook is on the west edge of Fort Worth in Tarrant County, with Benbrook Lake to the south and US-377 running through. We work the acreage around the lake and out toward the Parker County line: pipe fence for horse places, ranch entries with openers, and fence repair. Out here we stick to fence work: pipe, high fence, water gaps, gates, and repair.
Building around Benbrook
Benbrook is mostly suburb, but it sits right where Fort Worth ends and the country to the west starts. Go south around the lake or west toward Aledo and the lots stretch into horse places and small acreage. A barn, a few head, and long frontage on a county road.
Benbrook Lake is a federal reservoir on the Clear Fork of the Trinity, and the public land around it keeps a lot of open ground close to town. Places that back up to that land, or sit on the roads past it, are where pipe fence makes sense. The job there is a fence that holds horses and looks finished from the road, plus a gate that opens from the truck. You can do the whole frontage at once, or start with the entry and add fence a section at a time.
This is the east edge of the Cross Timbers giving way to prairie. Rolling, grassy, with limestone near the surface on the ridges. Rock decides how a post hole goes, so we look at it before we price anything. Down near the lake the soil is deeper and digs easier, but it stays wet longer after a storm. That decides when a loaded truck can get in without rutting the place.
Here's the scope, plain. On Benbrook-area places we build pipe fence, pipe top rail, high fence, water gaps where a line crosses a creek, ranch gates, and repairs. That's the list. Keeping it short puts the trip into the fence line: posts set to grade, rails welded straight, gates hung level.
What we build in Benbrook
- Pipe fence
Horse places near the lake and toward Aledo get pipe fence laid out on a string line so the rails read straight from the road.
- Pipe top rail over wire
On a long back line near Benbrook, pipe top rail over wire holds stock and costs less per foot than full pipe.
- Ranch gates & openers
An entry gate with a solar or hardwired opener fits acreage at the edge of town, so you can drive in after work and stay in the truck.
- Fence repair & rebuilds
Storm damage, a bent rail, a sagging gate: fence repair gets the line holding again before the horses find the gap.

Permits and rules
We haven't confirmed Benbrook's city fence and building rules for this page. Inside the city, check with them first. Out in unincorporated Tarrant County, check with the county. Either way, we build to what they require.
Benbrook questions
Do you work inside Benbrook or just outside it?
Our focus is the acreage around the lake and toward the Parker County line. In town with a bigger lot that needs pipe fence or a gate? Call and describe it. We'll tell you if it fits.
Can you fix a pipe fence near Benbrook that got hit by a truck or a storm?
Send photos and tell us what hit it. Repair on a fence someone else built is a call we make after seeing it, so ask. When we take it on, we cut out the bent pipe, weld in new, reset posts that moved, and can match the paint. See fence repair.
