Privacy policy
This policy covers fainlcs.com, run by Fain Land & Construction Services LLC. Short version: we collect what you send so we can reply about your job, and we don't sell it.

What the quote form collects
When you send the quote form, we get what you enter plus a few details about the visit:
- Your name, phone number, and email if you give it
- Your town and the job details you type in: work type, footage or acreage, gate count, timeline, and notes
- Any photos you upload
- Whether you checked the OK-to-text box, and when you checked it
- The page you sent the form from, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), so we can see which pages and ads bring in requests
How we use it
We use your information to reply about your quote, set up a site visit, and do the job if you hire us. Page and campaign details show us which parts of the site are working. That's all we use it for. We don't sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.
Where it is stored
A few outside services run the site and the form. Each one handles your information only to provide its service:
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Vercel Blob stores uploaded photos and a record of each quote request. Each file is saved at a long, random link that isn't listed or linked anywhere, so only someone with that exact link can open it.
- Resend delivers each quote request to our email.
Texting
If you check the OK-to-text box, we may text you about your request. A person sends each text, one at a time, about your job. No automated or promotional texts. Reply STOP, or just tell us, and we'll stop texting you.
Cookies and analytics
Vercel Analytics counts page views and doesn't use cookies. Pages with the quote form use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. Turnstile may read basic browser and device information to run that check.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and photos as long as we need them to reply, do the work, and keep our business records. Want your information deleted? Ask, and we'll delete whatever we're not required to keep.
Children
This site is for people hiring a contractor, not for children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
